The "world famous Richman's po-boy" comes served on fresh Italian bread stuffed to the brim with ham, corned beef, peppered beef, genoa salami, pastrama, swiss cheese, provolone, mustard and the signature house olive salad. If you're really (really) hungry, get the 16-inch. Otherwise, the 11-inch "Lil Richman" will be more than enough.
