Combine the baking soda, citric acid, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well, using your hands if necessary. Then add essential oils to the dry mixture. Test the texture by making sure it clumps in your hand (if not, spray with water). Press the mixture into the wells of your mold. Let dry overnight before removing the toilet bombs and storing.
