Thanksgiving Turkey Two Ways: Martha Stewart vs. Mario Batali

,
Gourmandize

Who Did It Best?

We love Martha's classic and versatile take on Thanksgiving turkey. The maple glaze epitomizes the taste of fall, and the flavors pair well with just about any Thanksgiving spread. But ultimately, we prefer Mario's more Mediterranean-inspired turkey. The lamb, chestnut and sage pair beautifully with the turkey, and his unconventional turkey roasting style results in incredibly juicy meat.

Ultimately, it's up to taste... And it's hard to go wrong when guided by such well-seasoned kitchen masters!
