Preparation
First of all, prepare the dough for the churros. Pour the water in a casserole dish, melt the butter and mix it in with the water. When it boils, add the flour and salt and stir until smooth and creamy. Remove the pan from the heat and let it stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
