But the tides are changing, and those guilty of sexual harassment are finally being held accountable. Many big-name magazines have announced that they will no longer work with fashion photographer Terry Richardson, who's subject to numerous sexual harassment claims from models he's worked with throughout his career.  Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein faces a similar fate after dozens of women accused him of assault, including top-billed actresses like Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie. 

More and more women are coming forward to share their own harrowing experiences. A new wave is coming, and soon, sexual harassment will no longer be something we push under the rug. Like Sampaio said: my job should not include abuse. This should hold true for all women in any industry, no matter where you are in the world.
