How To Make Perfect Mulled Wine At Home

Don't Overheat

You should always be careful not to overheat the mulled wine. If you bring it to a boil, you may lose the fruitiness of the alcohol and  cause the spices to turn bitter. To mull the wine, you only need to keep the pan on low temperature for about 15 minutes.
