You Stop Craving Junk

Okay, maybe those cravings won't go away completely, but once you've established a healthy way of life and gotten your body past the initial stages, eating healthy on a daily basis gets a lot easier.

This can be due to a lot of changes within your body, but there are two that are perhaps the biggest influences on this change: 1) the pleasure that junk food causes can literally be addictive, so breaking the habit of consuming too much too often can help you stop that addiction, and 2) your body will feel satiated and, to put it simply, good with your new habits, so it won't steer you towards those short-lived bursts of feel-good as often anymore.

That being said, you're still probably going to experience random cravings for unhealthy favorites, and it's okay (and even recommended) to give in to those cravings in moderation.

Are you struggling to get the results you want? Here are 6 reasons you're not losing weight.
