Your Date’s Dietary Restrictions

In addition to their food preferences, it’s even more important that you take into consideration any dietary restrictions they might have.

Are they allergic to nuts, dairy, kiwi? Are they a pescatarian, vegetarian, or vegan? Do they have a gluten sensitivity, or do they not drink alcohol? If you don’t follow the same regimen yourself, this might not be at the front of your mind when picking out recipes, but it’s absolutely essential that you keep this in mind when cooking for someone you care about.

And nothing kills the romantic vibes like having to order take-out because your date isn’t able to eat the food you made them!
