Some of his pictures even featured unconventional props, such as his own foot...which he then cleverly cropped out of the photo. As if it wasn't all ridiculous enough, he named his dishes after moods – yes, moods, such as "Empathetic", "Contemplation", and "Comfort".
"Hot spots are all about quirks," he explained, "so to cut through the noise I need a concept silly enough to infuriate your dad."
With all those details together, he submitted his TripAdvisor application. And, to even Oobah's surprise, it was accepted instantly.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
