Although much of Inglorious Basterds (2009) takes place in Paris, the heart-pounding exchange between Shosanna and Colonel Landa was filmed in Berlin's elegant Café Einstein. The restaurant, resembling a Viennese-style Kaffehaus, is known for their homemade pastries and classic interior. Before you ask, they do make a mean apple strudel (but don't forget to ask for the cream!).
