Workshop hit the ground running when it first opened its doors in May 2017. A self-proclaimed "exploratory food court," it features a rotating roster of five restaurants run by innovative and up-and-coming chefs. With the menu constantly changing, this food hall is bringing a new kind of "fresh" to the Charleston culinary scene.
