French Market (Chicago, IL)
The French Market opened in 2009 as an indoor European-inspired market. It was founded by the enterprising Bensidoun family as a way of bringing the atmosphere of a Parisian open-air market to the Midwest. The food hall is packed with a number of restaurants and artisan purveyors, with dishes ranging from buckwheat crepes to cajun jambalayas.
