The Bottling Department is situated in the Historic Pearl,  which was once home to the largest brewery in Texas. The sprawling industrial space has since transformed into a culinary hot spot, with this food hall at its core. Have your pick of one of its five vendors, such as Bud's Southern Rotisserie Chicken, before finishing at the bar with an ice cold beer.
