Parson's Chicken & Fish has become one of the most coveted summer patios in Chicago, having recently expanded its entire space, both indoors and out. Plop yourself down at one of the large, communal picnic tables with an original Negroni Slushy (made with Letherbee gin, Luxardo bitter, sweet vermouth and citrus) and the restaurant's famous spicy fried chicken sandwich. Prices aren't cheap, but overall, the food and ambiance makes up for it.
