Steak 'n Shake has more than 25 flavors all made from real milk and ice cream at a specially designed station. They've been making their shakes like this since 1934, the original hand-dipped way. The menu features classic, specialty and and side by side (two flavors in one) milkshakes, and all are topped with whipped cream and a cherry. The shakes are seriously good, generously portioned and very thick! Definitely worth a drive-thru visit when your sweet tooth cravings hit.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
