Rule 7: What's for dinner?

There are no rules about what you should eat - it's really up to you. The idea is to eat something that you both enjoy and that you don't necessarily eat every day. It also shouldn't be too complicated or long to prepare, otherwise you'll be exhausted before the evening has even started!

Avoid making food that's too rich, as it can leave you feeling heavy and bloated.

The ideal meal is perfumed and spiced. Think Chinese or Thai, with aromatic flavors that will have you dreaming of exotic places.

For dessert, anything chocolate works well, especially when you associate it with a touch of spice, like cinnamon or chili pepper.
