Dragon Fruit
With a flavor somewhere between a kiwi and a pear, dragon fruit finds its origins in Central America, but can now be found all over the world. Though its skin is tough, the white flesh with black seeds is rather sweet and tender. Dragon fruit has been gaining popularity in the US thanks to smoothie bowls. Vitamins C and B fill the tasty fruit, making it a great addition to your breakfast.
