The biggest day-to-day change in our relationship to food is that we now have greater access to food companies, thanks to social media. This means that it's easier than ever to find out more about a company, get in contact with them about our concerns, and receive a response. Information is power, and with the internet, that information is more accessible than ever before. Everything from finding out more about a company's health claims, to reading honest reviews of products help us to make more informed decisions.

VIDEO: Chicken Quesadillas
These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
