Ask For Help

Everyone needs a little help sometimes, so don't be afraid to ask for it! There are many ways to ask for help, whether it's delegating tasks like setting the table, asking your guests to bring a dessert to share, or getting the whole affair catered. You could also just bring your friends into the kitchen and hand them an apron! While you shouldn't expect them to make and dress a whole roast when you've invited them over for dinner, you could absolutely ask them to mix the salad, or stir the sauce.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
