It's counter-serve, and while the restaurants are cute and hip, we love the fact that we now have the option to devour Hibachi-style teriyaki dishes from the comfort of our own home. They also have great customizable meal options, where you choose your protein, rice and dressing. Or go the salad route, and get some crispy gyoza dumplings on the side for a no-guilt meal.
