Cold Brew

Leave coffee grounds in room temperature water for about 12 hours, and you've got cold brew coffee. Cold brew gained popularity about five years ago, when Starbucks began selling it. It's less acidic than regular coffee, mixes well with milk, and is most popular during the summer months.
