For a quick yet filling on-the-go snack in Italy, stop and get yourself a delicious suppli. It's a tasty fried ball of rice, with tomato sauce and raw egg. They also often come filled with meat and cheese. Commonly referred to as suppli al telefono, these crispy delights are to be eaten by breaking in half and pulling them apart, with the cheese resembling a telephone cord.
