It may look like something painted by Norman Rockwell, but trust us when we say that it's not worth it! Stuffing cooked inside a turkey can make you very sick. Stuffing a raw turkey means that those juices drip into and are absorbed by the bread. Unless the stuffing is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (not just the turkey meat), eating it can land you in the emergency room. You can absolutely cook them separately and stuff the turkey just before presenting it to the table.
