One of the viral food trends to emerge during the first wave of lockdowns in the US was focaccia bread art (aka botanical focaccia/garden focaccia). In April/May 2020, stunning gardenscapes displayed on focaccia bread began to fill up baking enthusiasts' Instagram feeds, and they became a popular quarantine cooking project.
