Sheet Pan Chicken Tinga Bowls

This recipe is great for lunch leftovers, so don't hesitate to make a double batch. Chicken and peppers cook for 30 minutes on the sheet pan before being shredded and tossed in the spicy tinga sauce. Pair it with leftover grains like rice or quinoa, or simply enjoy this dish on its own.
