Serve straight from the pan, by dividing the pasta, broccoli and sauce among 4 dishes. Or if you want to attempt a wow-worthy presentation, try following these easy steps:
Spread a bit of sauce on the bottom of a pasta dish or plate.
Using a fork and spoon, start twisting a generous portion of pasta (one serving size) around the fork, and place the spoon underneath, to prevent the pasta from unwinding.
Keep twisting until there are no pasta strands dangling down, then carefully place the pile of pasta on top of the sauce in the dish. Gently slide the fork out, using the spoon for support, if necessary.
Use tongs to place the cooked broccoli florets, shaved parmesan and pieces of cured ham around the pasta. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
