CHEX Mix

Heat oven to 250°F. In large bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips; set aside
- 3 cups Corn Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup bite-size pretzels
- 1 cup garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips or regular-size bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Chex Muddy Buddies

Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside
- 9 cups Corn Chex®, Rice Chex®, Wheat Chex® or Chocolate
- Chex cereal (or combination)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Chinese Cabbage Salad

In a preheated 350 degree F oven (175 degree C), toast the crushed noodles and nuts until golden brown
- 1 (3oz.) pkg ramen noodles, crushed
- 10 oz. sunflower seeds
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 1 Tblsp soy sauce
Classic Chocolate Pie

Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa together and set aside
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 and 1/2 Tblsp Cocoa
- 4 Tblsp Flour
- 1 C white sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 C milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tblsp butter
Fluffy Cheesecake

Combine crackers, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter to make crust
- 2 C graham crackers
- 1/4 C white sugar
- 1/3 C melted butter or margarine
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 C white sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 small pkg lemon jello
- 1 can of chilled milnot
Famous-Barr's French Onion Soup

Peel onions and slice 1/8 inch thick, preferably in a food processor
- 5 lbs. onions
- 1 stick butter
- 1 and 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 Tblsp paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 7 (about 16 oz.) cans beef broth divided
- 1 C dry white wine (optional)
- 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- caramel coloring or Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
- 2 tsp of salt
- french baguetts

Mocha Swirl Cheesecake

Position oven rack in lower third of oven; preheat to 350 degrees
- 1/3 C heavy cream
- 3 Tblsp instant espresso powder, divided
- Oreo cookies, deiced and finely ground (1 and 1/2 cups)
- 3 Tblsp and 1 and 1/4 C sugar, divided
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- 3 Tblsp butter or margarine, melted
- 3 Tblsp all-purpose flour
- 4 pkgs cream cheese 8 oz each, at room temperature
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 3 oz. chocolate, melted
Potato Rolls

Boil potatoes and reserve water
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 and 1/2 C potato water
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 and 3/4 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 7/8 C oil
- 2 and 1/2 C mashed potatoes (from above)
- 1 and 1/2 pkg of dry yeast
- 1/4 c milk
- 9 C flour
Beef Tacos

Brown meat, then add rest of ingredients simmer and serve with desired toppings on desired shells
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/4 C minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 jalapenos, seeded, and chopped
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
