Preheat oven to 450°F
- 2 Cups Bread Flour (You CAN use All-purpose)
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
- 2/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Cup Buttermilk (or 1 Cup milk + 2 Tsp white vinegar and let it set for 5-10 minutes)
Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry Romaine Wraps with Citrus Soy

Dice the chicken into tiny pieces
- 1 pound chicken
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons soy bean oil or vegetable oil
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, cleaned
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 ounce scallions, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Peanut Noodles

In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to a boil
- Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- for the sauce
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3/4 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Substitute with canola oil.
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- Crushed red chili flakes, as much as you like
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion or cilantro or parsley for garnish
Pasta Bake

Mix together pasta, pasta sauce, cheese
- Cooked Pasta (Penne or like pasta)
- Pasta Sauce
- Bread crumbs
- shredded cheese
Full Snack Mix

Combine
- 1cup diced dried apricots
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup unsalted or lightly salted almonds or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup unsalted or lightly salted roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Chai Tea

Bring all ingredients except tea bags together to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat
- 12 cardamom pods, gently crushed
- 8 whole black peppercorns
- 8 whole cloves
- 4-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 3 whole allspice (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (more or less to taste)
- 2 star anise
- 1 vanilla bean, sliced down the middle
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 black tea bags
Cheesy Chicken Rotini

Bake the chicken breasts and season to preferred flavor (Be it cajun, mexican, or italian, etc
- 1 full sized block of Velveeta (You can probably use whatever type of cheese you want that melts and tastes best for you, but I've become a fan of this with this recipe)
- 1-2 cans of Rotel Diced tomatoes (Flavor of your choice)
- Crushed Red Peppers (Amount of your choice for spice preference)
- Package of Rotini Noodles
- Frozen, or fresh Chicken Breast
- Frozen, or fresh broccoli
Scratch Mac & Cheese

Cook pasta
- Pasta of anykind...mix different kinds together if you need to.
- 1/8 cup butter
- 1/8 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup milk
- Cumin or whatever seasoning you want to add
- Cheese of whatever kind
Apple Scones

Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into a largebowl
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. butter chilled
- 2 small apples (or 1 large) peeled, cored and shredded
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon, divided
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves (optional)
No Bake Energy Bites

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
- 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats)
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)
