Old School Full English Breakfast

Preheat your grill to high then set the oven to its lowest heat and place two plates in the oven to keep them warm
- 6 pork and leek sausages

Risotto with pumpkin and parmesan cream

Add a cup of water and continue cooking at a medium temperature
- Carnaroli rice -540 grams
- -400 Grams diced pumpkin
- -1 Tablespoon dried sage
- -1 Tablespoon dried rosemary
- -1 Onion
- -1 A glass of rose wine
- -60 Grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- -2 Tablespoons vegetable cream
- -300 Ml organic milk
- -15 Grams flour
- Freshly grated nutmeg,
- -1 Liter vegetable broth
- Olive oil-extra virgin, pink Himalayan salt, pepper.
- Calima pumpkin cubes 2 tablespoons olive oil, sage and rosemary
Quinoa Pancakes

- 1 cup quinoa (wash thoroughly and soak for 5 to 6 hours and drain water)
- 1/2 cup water for grinding
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- ½ cup chopped cilantro or coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoon oil
- Iron or any skillet to make Dosa

- 1 lbs Cayenne peppers
- 2 medium carrots, cut in large chunks
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 large garlic clove
- 3 c water
- 2 c white vinegar
- 1tbs salt plus 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 c liquid pectin or 3 tbs powdered pectin
Cottage Pi

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large saucepan and fry the mince until browned – you may need to do this in batches
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1¼kg beef mince
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 celery sticks, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- large glass red wine (optional)
- 850ml beef stock
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- few thyme sprigs
- 2 bay leaves
- For the mash
- 1.8kg potatoes, chopped
- 225ml milk
- 25g butter
- 200g strong cheddar, grated
- freshly grated nutmeg

A dessert that is light, indulgent, easy, and takes you miles away
- 1 pint lemon sorbet (I like Häagen-Dazs Zesty Lemon because it's not too sweet)
- 1 bottle chilled prosecco
- 2 tablespoons chilled vodka (I keep mine in the freezer anyway)
- 1 lemon, cut into cute little slices
- 1 large measuring cup

Chicken and Pineapple

Toss together the sauce ingredients, incorporating some of the pineapple juice
- ~8 chicken pieces (thigh size)
- 1 can (8 oz) of pineapple chunks
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark/mushroom flavored soy sauce
- 1/4 regular soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Cucumber Mint Sorbet

Using a vegetable peeler, peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds with a teaspoon
- 2 large cucumbers
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt

Heat oven to 375°F. Combine graham-cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a medium bowl; mix well

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups sweetened condensed milk, from 2 (14-ounce) cans
- 8 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed Key lime juice
- 2 tablespoons grated Key lime zest

Shake the beef stew meat in a resealable plastic bag with the flour & seasoning salt until evenly coated
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 heaping teaspoons beef demi-glace (or beef Swanson Flavor Boost)
- 4 medium to large red skinned potatoes, washed & diced
- 3 large carrots, peeled & sliced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
