- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 1/2 c. AP flour
Black Bean Soup

Saute onions, red pepper, and garlic cloves in olive oil 3-5 minutes
- 2 cans Black beans
- 1 white onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can of tomato sauce or diced tomato (1 jar of salsa)
- 15oz cups water or chicken broth
- 1 juice of lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt per taste
Apple Feta Cheese Crumble Salad

Brown pecans/walnuts in a dry frying pan
- Mix salad of choice
- 2 - 3 stalks of celery
- 1/2 Cup walnuts or pecans
- 1 -2 Apples Diced or thinly sliced
- Raisins
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Desired vinaigrette dressing
Meatball Tortellini Soup

Boil broth in large pot
- 14oz beef broth
- 12 meatballs
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes
- 11oz Mexi-Corn drained
- 1 cup cheese tortellini
Quick Burger

Combine all ingredients and form into patties
- 1lb Ground beef
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
- Minced onion (as little or much you want)
- Garlic Powder
- Shredded Cheese to your liking
- Worcestershire sauce or Soy Sauce
Italian Lemon Drop Cookie

Preheat oven to 350°F
- COOKIE
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- FROSTING
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Cinci Chili

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Italian Chicken Soup

Cook pasta in a pot according to package directions, being sure not to overcook it
- 1 box Ditalini Pasta (very Short Macaroni-type Pasta Noodles)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Cut Up Fryer Chicken
- 8 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
- 2 whole Green Bell Peppers, Diced
- 2 stalks Celery, Diced
- 2 whole Fresh Jalapenos, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 can (28-ounce) Can Whole Tomatoes
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- ⅓ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Oregano
- Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper, To Taste
- Parmesan Cheese Shavings, For Serving
Chicken Tortilla Soup

Boil the chicken in 4 cups of the chicken stock
- 4 cups Chicken Stock (I use chicken bouillon cubes)
- 1 whole Onions diced
- 1.5 cloves Garlic crushed
- 3/4 tablespoon Chili Powder (or more to add some spice)
- 1 Small can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 whole Lime
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne or more to taste
- 1 Chicken Breast shredded
- 1 Can of black beans (Drained)
- 1 can corn (Drained)
Honey Mustard

- 3 parts virgin olive oil
- 1 part lemon juice
- tablespoon dijon mustard
- teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
