Beat the first 4 ingredients until light and fluffy
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. br. sugar
- 2 eggs, room temp
- 1 T. vanilla
- 2 2/3 c. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt

- 1 17.5 oz. peanut butter cookie mix
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats
- 1c. softened butter

- 1 pkg Hillshire Farms Cocktail Links
- 1 Bottle of BBQ sauce, any flavor
Crockpot Applesauce

- 6 lbs. apples, peeled, cored and cut
- 1 c. water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. br. sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
Salisbury Steak

In a bowl combine egg white, onion, crackers, milk and pepper
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. crushed saltines
- 2 T. milk
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 12 ounce jar of beef gravy
- 1 1/4-1/2 sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 T. water
20 minute Savory Beef Stew

Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often

- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 T. worcestershire sauce
- 1 24 oz. bag of frozen vegs for stew
