Clam Chowder

By Grandsunset
Sautee onion and celery in butter till soft
- 1 sweet onion diced
- 5 stalks celery diced
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 10 potatoes diced
- 8 C water
- 1/2 quart bag of clams
- 1/4 C diced bacon
- 2 C half and half, whole milk, or cream
Cowboy Caviar

Combine ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black-eye peas rinsed
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 2 avocados dices
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- Dressing:
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 3/4 t salt
- 1 t cumin
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
Grand Mock Kettle Corn

Air pop popcorn
- 1/4 C popcorn
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/4 t salt
- 6-8 drops flavored stevia (vanilla, chocolate, toffee, hazelnut)
Daddy's Oatmeal

Mix all ingredients in a pot
- 3 Cups Oats
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 C craisins
- 1/4 C raisins
- 1/4 C coconut
- 1 T molasses
- 6 C boiling water
Baked Oatmeal Bars

Melt coconut oil and preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 C oats
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 T coconut oil

Mac and Cheese

Boil noodles 6 minutes and drain
- 1 box macaroni noodles
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 flour
- 1 t ground mustard
- 1/2 t salt
- couple dashes paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 C milk
- 1 egg
- 2 C shredded cheese
Grand Bean Dip

Add beans to pressure cooker and 8 C water
- 2 C dried pinto beans
- 3 T taco seasoning
- 1 C salsa
Mama Jodie's Pasta Sauce

Add all ingredients together
- 6 C crushed tomatoes
- 1 t oregano
- 2 t basil
- 1 1/2 T granulated garlic
- 4 t brown sugar
Chicken Red Curry with Coconut Milk

Stir fry chicken and onions in 1 T peanut oil
- 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
- 1 sweet onion thinly sliced
- 1 T peanut oil
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 T fish sauce
- 1 T lime juice
- 1/4 C red curry paste

- 1 t Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning
