Peanut Butter Fingers

Cream butter and sugar
- ½ C. Margarine/Butter
- ½ C. Sugar
- ½ C. Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 C. Peanut Butter
- ¼ t Salt
- ½ t Soda
- ½ t Vanilla
- 1 C. Flour
- 1 C. Oatmeal
- Topping:
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- ½ C. Powdered Sugar
- ¼ C. Peanut Butter
- 2-4 Tbsp. Milk
Sunshine Salad

Boil water and dissolve jello into boiling water
- 2 C boiling water
- 1 3 oz. Lemon Jello
- 1 3 oz. Orange Jello
- 1 ½ C. Cold Water
- 1 Can Crushed Pineapple (Drained—save juice)
- 2 Large Bananas (diced small)
- TOPPING:
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine/butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 C. Pineapple juice (drained from crushed pineapple)
- small container Cool Whip
Lemon Bars

Combine butter, salt, powdered sugar and flour and press into 9 X 13 pan
- Crust:
- 1 C. Butter
- Dash Salt
- ½ C. Powdered Sugar
- 2 C. Flour
- Filling:
- 4 Eggs
- 2 C. Granulated Sugar
- ¼ C. Flour
- 6 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- powdered sugar
German Potato Salad

Sautee onion and celery 3 min
- 1 C diced cooked bacon
- 1 C chopped celery
- 3 T flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2/3 C sugar
- 2/3 C cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1/3 C fresh parsley
- 2 t celery seed
- 2 quarts boiled peeled sliced red potatoes 1/8" thick
Asian Cabbage Salad

In skillet over low heat brown ramen, almonds and sesame seeds with butter
- 2 pk ramen noodles crushed
- 1 C slivered almonds
- 2 t sesame seeds
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 head cabbage shredded
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 3/4 C oil
- 1/4 C vinegar
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- cooked chopped chicken
Salsa

Toss all ingredients in food processor and chop to medium consistency
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 juice of fresh lemon or lime
- 1/2 t salt
- pepper
- 1/2 t garlic
Cheesecake

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press into pie pan
- 1-1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T sugar
- 1/3 C butter melted
- 4 -8 oz. packs softened cream cheese
- 1 C sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 4 eggs
Pumpkin Bars w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Combine dry ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 C pumpkin puree
- 1/2 C oil
- Frosting:
- 1/2 package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 stick butter softened
- 1 T vanilla
- 4 1/2 C powdered sugar
Sloppy Joes

Brown meat. Add onions, celery, and green pepper
- 1+ Lb. Hamburger
- 1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 C. Chopped Onion
- 1/4 C. Chopped Celery
- 1/4 C. Chopped Pepper
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Worcestershire Sauce
- Dash of Pepper
Clam Linguine (Myrna)

Sautee onion & garlic in the olive oil about 3 minutes, stirring frequently
- 1/2 C. Olive Oil
- Pinch of Dried Chilies
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 3 Large Cloves Garlic Chopped
- ½ C. Fresh Basil Chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh oregano or 1 Tbsp. dried
- ½ C. Dry White Wine
- 1 C. Parsley Chopped
- 1 Pint Minced Clams (reserve juice)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- ½ C. Parmesan Grated
