Broccoli, Grape, and Pasta Salad

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 (16-oz.) package farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
- 1 pound fresh broccoli
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
- 8 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Cauliflower Tater Tots

- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T/s Deer Valley Oomph seasoning (or seasoning of your choice like season salt)
Loaded Cauliflower Casserole

Just like mac and cheese without the pasta
- 2 lbs cauliflower florets
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 oz shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, divided
- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 bunches green onions, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
- 6 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 7 ounces crabmeat
- 3 green onions-thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Teriyaki Sesame Chicken

Put 2 pieces of chicken breasts in a freezer bag
- 2 pieces boneless/skinless chicken breast
- ½ cup Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or according to taste - optional
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Deep Fried Mushrooms

Heat the oil in the deep fryer to 375 degrees
- 8-10 ounces whole white mushrooms
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Turkey Bacon Cheddar Puffs

Combine milk and butter in medium saucepan
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup Sargento Fine Shredded Sharp or Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt or powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Hometown Crab Cakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 lb Jumbo Lump Crabmeat (I get mine only at Costco)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1/2 cups fine breadcrumbs made from white bread
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Grams Chicken Apple Wraps

- 3 tablespoons chopped Fuji apple
- 2 tablespoons chopped black or red grapes
- 2 tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon lite mayonnaise (or greek yogurt)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Iceberg lettuce
