Thaw spinach and squeeze dry
- 1 pack frozen spinach
- 1 medium container sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 pkg veggie soup mix
- 1 cup mayo

Preheat oven to 425 F. In a small bowl mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves

- 1 15 oz can 100% pure pumpkin
- 1 12 fl oz evaporated milk

- 5 1/4 cups flour
- 4 tsp sugar

- 4 pkg quick rise yeast
- 2 cups water

- 5 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 lb shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Cranberry Orange Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients but cranberry and orange well with a mixer
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bran
- 2 cups flour & dash of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup whole cranberry sauce (drained)
- 1 grated rind of orange

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 large can Italian tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
- 1 500g tub cottage cheese
- 1 block mozzarella sliced
- Lasagne noodles precooked

In a pot melt margarine, then add sugar, cocoa and milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup coconut
Cabbage Roll Casserole

Mix all ingredients together in a roasting pan and top with tomato soup
- 2 lbs ground beef, browned
- 1 large onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 boiled sausages, sliced
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 cabbage head , shredded and steamed for 20 mins
- 1 can tomato soup
Rigatoni with Italian Tomato Sauce

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 lb Italian sausage, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 796 ml can plum tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup cream
- 375g pkg rigatoni.

- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
