- 1 large tomato - seeded and diced (about 1 cup)
- 4 green onions - sliced (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels (about 1 ear)
- 1 fresh jalapeno - minced
- 1 cup cilantro leaves - chopped
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds - toasted
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
