- 1 cup chole daal (lentils)
- 1 kirchi (cooking spoon) of dahi (yoghurt)

White sauce

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup scaled milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
- few grains pepper

Roast flex seeds in karahi, when little cool crush them and set aside
- 1 bowl flex seeds, roasted and crushed
- 1 bowl whole wheat flour
- 1/2 bowl besan
- 1 bowl crushed almonds

- 1/3 cup brown sugar (not packed)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup nuts
Coconut Chicken Tenders

Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium heat
- 3-4 skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 2 cups finely shredded coconut
- 2-3 eggs (beaten)
- 5 cup coconut oil (half inch in your skillet)
- salt and pepper to taste
White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Marinate chicken overnight with garlic (crushed), olive oil, lemon pepper, and basil
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat
- 1 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
- White wine
- Nutmeg (grated)
