Homemade pesto (basil)

In a food processor mix everything , want it somewhat chunky
- 2 cups of basil leaves ( packed to the brim)
- 1/2 cup of pine nuts
- 3 cloves of garlic ( sometimes more, depends on much you like)
- 3/4-1 cup of olive oil ( extra virgin)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cups of Romano cheese
Barbacue Spare Ribs

- about 4-6 medium tilapia fillets

- 6 diced Mushrooms
- 2 cups Chick Peas
- 1 diced Red Pepper
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 diced Green Pepper
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 diced Tomatoes
- Chili Powder
- Kidney Beans
- Sea Salt
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Chili Sauce
- 1 package of lean ground turkey
Almond Flour Chicken

In a bowl mix the olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, and italian seasoning

Vegan Quinoa Salad
