Jeremie's Crepe Batter

- 250 g pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces

Tomato Tart

This classic French Tomato Tart is easy to make, and perfect for sharing!
- 1 prepared tart dough
- 2-3 tomatoes, depending on size
- hot or grainy mustard
- grated cheese
- olive oil
- dried parsley and garlic
Cherry Tomato and Artichoke Tart

Roll out the tart dough. Poke holes in it using a fork
- 1 pre-made tart dough (puff pastry works well)
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
- 1 can/jar of artichoke hearts
- olive oil

Mom's Armenian Rice

- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- ΒΌ cup angel hair pasta
- 2 cups chicken stalk
Dad's Fasolakia

Sautee the onion in the olive oil until almost cooked
- Green beans
- 1 big can of chopped tomatoes, or 2 small ones
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 carrots
- 3 medium potatos
- 1 big onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- bunch of fresh parsley
- olive oil
- feta, to serve
Dark Chocolate Chili

Brown the onion in some olive oil in a Dutch oven
- For the chili:
- 500g ground beef
- 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 diced onion
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup of black beans
- 2 cups of red wine or dark/red beer
- Worcestershire sauce
- Spices:
- Cumin
- Cinnamon (just a pinch)
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
- Nutmeg (just a pinch, freshly grated)
- Cocoa powder (1 tbsp) or 2 squares of bitter dark chocolate
- Toppings:
- grated cheese, preferably cheddar
- chopped spring onions
- chopped fresh coriander
- creme fraiche or sour cream
- diced avocado
Mom's Zucchini Casserole

These stuffed zucchini's are a delicious main dish
- 500g ground beef
- Bechamel sauce (if buying ready made, about 2 cups)
- aprx. 5 zucchinis
- 200g grated cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp 7-spice
- black pepper
- powdered garlic
- chili powder
- a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg
- ground coriander
- cumin
Turkish Lentil Soup

- 2 cups of yellow lentils
- 1 clove of garlic crushed in a garlic press
- 3 tablespoons dried mint
- 1 tablespoon basmati rice
- 2 tablespoons sumac
