Steak Stir Fry

- Steak
- Stir Fry Veggies ( I bought broccoli stir fry veggies from Birds Eye)
- 2 Jars of Terrayki sauce from La Choy
- 1 Jar of Soy Sauce
- 1 T Ginger ground
- 2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
Bruschetta Pasta Salad

This is a great pasta recipe for the summer!
- Half a box or less of Pasta
- 2 Diced and seeded tomatoes
- 10 or so chopped Kalmatta Olives( I would add lots)
- 8 Chopped Basil Leaves
- 1/2 -1 C of Feta Cheese (depends how much you like it)
- 1/3 C of Olive oil
Crock Pot Homemade Applesauce

This is an easy way to use apples :-)
- 8-9 Apples chopped and cored (if it needs more just cut up more)
- 1 3/4 C Apple Cider
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- Sprinkle of Nutmeg
Peppered Turkey Quesadilla

Quick and easy lunch idea
- Sun Dried Tomato Spread
- 4 Halves of Sun Dried Tomato halves(pat them down if you have the ones in oil)
- 5 Basil Leaves Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 C Mayo
- 1 flour Tortilla
- 3 slices of your favorite turkey, ham etc this recipe I used peppered turkey. You can find it in your deli.
- 3 slices of your favorite cheese. I love Mozzarella but you can use White American.
- Sun Dried Tomato Spread
- Spinach leaves fresh(optional)
Homemade Croutons

How to make homemade croutons
- 1 Thing of French bread chopped..(Can be small or large depending on what you like.
- 1 C. Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. Grated Parm
- 1/4 Cup of Italian Season(Basil, Oregano)
- Good sprinkle of salt. I used Garlic Sea Salt
Orange Sweet Rolls

Family favorite made homemade
- *Dough*
- 2 C Warm Water
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 4 Tsp Yeast
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/3 C Canola Oil
- 6-7 Cups of Flour
- Filling:
- 1 Orange for juice and zesting
- 2 Tablespoons of squeezed Orange Juice
- Zest of 1/2 of an orange
- 4 T of Softened Butter
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 T Cinnamon
- 1 8 oz of softened cream cheese
- 1 C. Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- a lil orange zest
- 2 Tsp orange juice from your orange
Deep Fried Pickles

This is a great recipe for fried pickles
- Dill Pickle Chips
- Oil (for frying, I use a deep fryer, but you can probably do these in a skillet)
- 1/2 C. Flour
- Sprinkle of Cayenne pepper(not a lot but just enough for spice)
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Celery seed
Peaches N Strawberry Oatmeal Muffins

Great for kids breakfast
- 1 C. Flour
- 1 T Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 C Oats
- 1/3 C. Sugar
- 1 C. Cut and diced Strawberries
- 1 15 oz can of peaches in light or natural syrup
- (you can use fresh if you want)
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 C. Milk
- 1/4 C Canola Oil
- 1 Egg
- Topping
- Oats
- Honey
Sunrise Muffins

These muffins are a great breakfast item :-) Everyone loves chocolate, bacon and orange juice
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1T of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C Milk
- 1/3 C oil
- 1/2 C Chocolate Chips
- 2 T Orange Juice
- Zest of Half an Orange
- Bacon to top ( I use crumbled bacon from Hormel)
