Slow Cooker Pork Ribs

Cut ribs into individual pieces
- 2-3 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3-4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Seasoning salt

- Barbecue sauce of your choice (optional)
Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Pell the potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- For the Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup half-and-half or evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- For the meat filling:
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary leaves or 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
Beef and vegetable Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 500 g lean round Steak
- Cooking oil spray
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 2 large carrots, thickly sliced
- 4 zucchini, thickly sliced
- 250 g mushrooms, halved
- 250 g yellow squash, halved
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
- 3 large handfuls parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
Chicken Pot Pie

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 whole chicken breasts, bone-in, skin-on
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups chicken stock, preferably homemade
- 2 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 2 cups yellow onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups medium-diced carrots
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen peas about 2 cups
- 1 1/2 cups frozen small whole onions
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
No bake Cherry Coconut Squares

Line 9-inch square metal cake pan with parchment paper to extend 1 inch above rim on 2 sides, or grease; set aside
- 7 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup whipping cream

- For the Brine: (Optional)
- 3 cups cold water
- 3 tbsp salt
- Optional flavours: 2 smashed garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp black peppercorns, and 1 bay leaf
- For the pork chops:
- 2 to 4 pork chops, center cut, bone-on, 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
