Peanut butter cookies

Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Peanut butter
- 1 Cup White sugar
- 1 Cup Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Baking soda
Philly Summer Freeze

Place cream cheese, raspberry concentrate and icing sugar in blender or food processor
- Bottom:
- 1 Cup Chocolate wafer crumbs
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- ( Combine and press in 9 inch pan. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.)
- Top:
- 1 Pkg (250g) Light cream cheese- Softened
- 1 Can (12oz) Frozen concentrated raspberry juice. thawed
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 Container (1L) cool whip- thawed in fridge
Onion soup mix

Combine 1/4 of mix with 1 Cup water and heat
- 3/4 Cup Minced onion
- 1/3 Cup beef flavor instant bouillon
- 4 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp Celery seed
- 1/4 tsp White sugar

- 1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
- 5 Cups Corn and wheat cereal squares
- 2 Cups Oat ring cereal
- 1 Cup pretzels
- 2 tbsp Worcesorshire sauce
- 4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Celery salt
Banana Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 cup of mashed bananas (about 2 ½ large bananas)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 cups of flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground mace or nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1 cup of pecans (walnuts and chocolate chips are fine alternatives)

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
