Healthy and Hearty Beef Chili

This chili recipe is pretty simple to make and most of you already have the ingredients on-hand at home
- 1 lb grass fed beef or bison
- 1 small organic onion
- 1 can organic crushed tomatoes
- 1 can organic kidney beans
- 1-2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ – 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 chipolte peppers, chopped OPTIONAL

Decadent Chocolate Cake

No flour, no sugar, nothing artificial! You won’t believe the ingredients (yes you are reading this right) a
- 2 cups raw pecans (or 1 cup pecans and 1 cup walnuts)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum free)
- 2 scoops of ML Perfect Protein (Chocolate)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup xylitol*
- ½ cup butter
- 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (no sugar - check the label)
- 4 organic free range eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk – I use the chocolate flavor) or ½ cup of full-fat organic yogurt
- *can substitute 6 tsp Spoonable Stevia or ¾ tsp of pure stevia powder

Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1 cup organic (raw if possible) whipping cream
- 4 ounces organic (raw if possible) cream cheese
- ¼ cup xylitol*
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of organic raw coconut flakes
- Berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
- *can substitute 3 tsp of Spoonable Stevia or 3/8 tsp of pure stevia powder
Cranberry Chocolate Biscotti

This recipe has super simple ingredients that rival their less healthy counterparts
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or grapeseed oil
- 2 large organic eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol (like Swerve) or xylitol or pure stevia to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries, unsweetened (these are harder to find)
- 1 bar stevia sweetened chocolate bar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds or chopped pecans, optional
