- 30 Dill Pickle Chips
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Multipurpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Cornmeal
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 TB Milk
- Oil for Frying
- Sriracha
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Gluten Free Bread-In-A-Cup

This quick and easy recipe provides a deliciously spongy cake-like bread that can be sliced and toasted
- 1 Egg
- 3 TB Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Water
- 1/3 Cup Gluten Free Bisquick
- 1 tsp Sugar
Homemade Buttermilk

Place vinegar or lemon juice in a 1 Cup measuring unit
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 TB White Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Cheese and Onion Scrambled Eggs

- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
- 1 TB Milk
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder

Gluten Free Italian Breadcrumbs

- 2 Green Peppers
- 1/4 LB Ground Beef
- 1/4 LB Ground Italian Sausage
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 dash of Salt
- 1 dash of Pepper
- 1 Cup any flavor Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Instant White Rice
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
Gluten Free Cincinnati Chili

Crumble beef into large, nonstick skillet and cook over medium-high heat
- 3/4 LB Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Diced Onion
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- 1 Can 15 oz. Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Ground Red Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cider Vinegar
- 3 Cups Cooked Gluten Free Spaghetti
- 1 Can Heated Red Kidney Beans
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
Roasted Squash Seeds
