A delightful asparagus casserole
- Lightly grease an 8 by 8 casserole dish and turn your oven to 350.
- Two cans whole asparagus spears, drained
- One can le seur peas with pearl onions
- One can asparagus pieces drained
- 1 package of grated marble cheese sharp or Monterey
- 1 small can of mushrooms drained

- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 packet of instant mashed potatoes (prepared according to directions)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can of corn or sweet peas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
- 18 by 8 casserole dish
Mom's Potato Salad

Boil potatoes until soft, then drain
- 1 pound of new potatoes peeled and quartered
- 1 to 2 boiled eggs
- 4 slices of freshly cooked bacon
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
- Half a cup of sour cream

A great appetizer or afternoon snack
- 1 large package of fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups instant stuffing prepared
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375
squash casserole

Cook squash in boiling water to cover 8 to 10 minutes or until tender
- 4 pounds of yellow squash cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic pressed
- 1 10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- half a teaspoon of pepper
easy chili

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the beef, pepper and onions
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 small choped yellow onion
- 1 chopped peppers
- 2 teaspoons of hot sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 14 .5 ounce can of stewed tomatoes
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 15 ounce can of kidney beans
- one and a half cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
