Chili Mac Soup

Brown beef with onion powder and bell pepper
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 5 cups hot water
- 1 box Hamburger Helper Chili Macaroni
- 1 tsp chili or cayenne powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 can (11 oz) Mexicorn
Hamburger Gravy with Veggies

Brown hamburger and onion powder
- 1/2 lb lean hamburger
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1-2 cups frozen mixed veggies (depending on preferences)
- 1 packet of beef gravy prepared as directed
- 1/4 tsp marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Water as needed for preferred thickness
- Box of Instant Mashed Potatoes or homemade authentic mashed potatoes
Ramen Stir Fry

Brown the steak and boil the noodles
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak, cut into small pieces
- 4 individual packages of beef ramen noodles
- 2 frozen packages of carrots (or canned equivalent)
- 2 frozen packages of pea pods
- 1/2 cup stir fry sauce
Garlic Oven Baked Chicken

Mix the mashed potato flakes and cayenne pepper in one bowl and the cayenne pepper and egg in another
- 1/2 package (7.2 oz) Betty Crocker roasted garlic mashed potatoes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 egg
- splash of milk
- 1-2 lbs of boneless chicken breasts
Grandma Marie's Soft Molasses Cookies

- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 cup butter

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup molasses
Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups Quaker oats

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
Grandma Marie's Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups butter, softened
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
