Step 1
Open the entire length of the sausage and flatten well. Spread the sausage in a large dish that is oven safe. Add mustard.
Step 2
Cover the sausage with a glass of red wine and sprinkle with herbes de Provence. Close the top of the dish with aluminum foil.
