- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup Gruyere
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20 olives
- 1 oz of ham
- 3 1/3 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 320 ° F.
Step 2
Mix flour and baking powder and then make a well and add eggs and cheese.
Step 3
Add the olives, ham, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix everything.
Step 4
Pour into cake pans (9.5 x 4.5 cm)
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes then remove from pan and let stand on wire rack. BON APPETITE.
