Ingredients
- 1cup gram flour
- 1cup thinly chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 2tbs oil
- Salt as needed
- Pinch of baking soda
- 6 Curry leaves
- 2 chopped chilies
- Oil for deep fry
- Water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix gram flour, cabbage rice flour, oil, salt, curry leaves, chilies, baking soda with water adding bit by bit to get a thicker consistency, let stand for 5 min
Step 2
Put oil for deep frying , test oil by dropping tiny bit of dough.
Step 3
Using a spoon drop the mixture that was previously mixed in to the hot oil little by little, fry till slight dark golden brown as cabbage takes time to cook. Serve with any sauce and enjoy

These tasty stuffed cabbage rolls are so easy!
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 5 - 6 thick rashers bacon
- 1/2 lb sausage meat
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- Salt
- 1 cabbage head
Method
- Fry the bacon in a skillet, then add onion, and meat.
- Add tomato paste, bell peppers, garlic and salt, and simmer till cooked through
- Boil 1 whole cabbage head in salted water till tender
- Spoon mixture into individual cabbage leaves, and fold carefully to form little rolls
- Serve with any remaining mixture
- Enjoy!
