Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
- 1 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 3 Green Onions (chopped)
- 3 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Cold Water

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet on high, heat chicken until brown.
Step 2
Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves. Add seasoning.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low, cover 15 min.
Step 4
Add green onion, simmer another 5 min.
Step 5
Add cornstarch, water, stir.
Step 6
Simmer until desired thickness.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
